Getting Started - How to Configure Your New Email Account

  1. Add a new Domain
  2. Add a new email address (we call it User)
  3. Transfer your old emails - request a migration (optional step)
  4. Set up the DNS records
  5. Access your Webmail
  6. Set up your mailbox in your email client
  7. Server names & Ports
  8. Cheat Sheet with all the setup details



Admin Panel

  • Add and manage domains, email accounts, aliases, distribution lists, view incoming logs and archive.
  • Log in here using your Admin username (could be the email that you signed up with, if you didn't specify something else) and Admin password.

User Panel

  • Manage advanced settings for your mailbox: forwards, backups, delivery rules, spam settings, last logins. Most of these settings are also available in your Webmail.
  • Log in here with your full email address and your email password.

Webmail

Files

  • Your personal drive. Upload, attach, share files from the cloud.
  • Log in here using your email address and your email password.

Super Panel

  • Create new Admins, change branding for your accounts and troubleshoot your customer's mail issues.
  • Log in here with your Super username (could be the same as your signup e-mail if you didn't specify something else) and Super password.
