Getting Started - How to Configure Your New Email Account

  1. Add a new Domain
  2. Add a new email address (we call it User)
  3. Set up the DNS records
  4. Access your Webmail
  5. Set up your mailbox in your email client
  6. Transfer your old emails - request a migration
  7. Server names & Ports



Admin Panel

  • Add and manage domains, email accounts, aliases, distribution lists, view incoming logs and archive.
  • Log in here using your Admin username (could be the same as your signup email if you didn't specify something else) and Admin password.

User Panel

  • Manage advanced settings for your mailbox: forwards, backups, delivery rules, spam settings, last logins.
  • Log in here with your full email address and your email password.

Webmail

Files

  • Your personal drive. Upload, attach, share files from the cloud.
  • Log in here using your email address and your email password.

Super Panel

  • Create new Admins, change branding for your accounts and troubleshoot your customer's mail issues.
  • Log in here with your Super username (could be the same as your signup e-mail if you didn't specify something else) and Super password.
