How to Change Your Super Password

Your Super Panel is the command center for your entire email infrastructure. To keep your account secure, we recommend updating your master password periodically and enabling additional security layers like Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

How to Change Your Password

Updating your master access is a quick process handled directly from your dashboard home.

  1. Access the Home Screen: Once logged in, click on the HOME tab in the main navigation menu.

  2. Locate Super Account Settings: Look for the SUPER ACCOUNT section on the right side of the page.

  3. Update Password: Click the blue CHANGE SUPER PASSWORD button.

  4. Confirm Changes: Follow the prompts to enter your new secure password.

Pro-Tip: Enhance Your Security with 2FA

While a strong password is a great start, we highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your Super Account.

  • Extra Protection: Even if someone discovers your password, they won't be able to log in without your unique mobile code.

  • Easy Setup: Simply install an OTP (One-Time Password) app like Authy or Google Authenticator on your smartphone.

  • Enable: Click on the 2FA tab in the top menu to link your app and activate the feature.
