Outgoing logs - Track all Remote Deliveries

You can review Remote Delivery data for up to 30 days in the past

From the Admin Panel, you can track all the messages sent by your users through our outbound servers.

    How to Access Outgoing Logs:
    1. GoLog in to the Admin Panel

    2. Log in using your Admin username and password.

    3. From the menu, go to Logs → Outgoing logsLogs.
    4. Select a DomainStart Date, and End Date. 
      • You can review Remote Delivery data for up to 30 days in the past.
    5. Click on the Search button.

    You will see thea list of e-mailsemails sent by all the users that were delivered, for the currentselected daydomain and specifiedtime domain.period.

     
    Filtering Options:

    Use the filter s to refine your search:

    • View Messages dropdown:dropdown alter- yourchoose searchone criteriaof andthe filterfollowing: out
        by
      • Delivered messages  
      • Temporarily Rejected messages (e.g., user is over quota,quota)
      • for example), 
      • Permanently Rejected messages (e.g., invalid mailbox, blacklisted,blacklisted)
      • etc.), or 
      • All Messages.
    • Sent To :- specify(Optional) Enter the recipient’s email address where you sent the message (or part of an email address). This field is optional.it.
    • Sent From: specify- (Optional) Enter the individualsender’s e-mailspecific addressemail toaddress.
