Setting Up Your Vacation Message
(Autoresponder)
A vacation message canautomatically letnotifies people know that you are notaway availableor byunavailable. sendingTo anprevent email loops and technical issues, the system sends one automatic reply toper their messages. Autoresponders are sent oncesender every hour to each sender that sends you an email, to avoid technical issues.
Enabling the Vacation Message
Go toUnknown macro: {link-window}https://cp.emailarray.comhour.
- Go to the Webmail. Log in using your full e-mail address
( user@domain.com )and your current e-mail password.
Click on the User icon from the top right to activate the menu. Then click on My account -
Access Settings: Click on the User icon in the top-right corner and select My account.

Configure: Navigate to the Vacation Message
icontab.(opened envelope with arrow) MakesureSet the Schedule:

Ensure the Status is set to Enabled.
Youcan setChoose a From and To
datefordate. If you leave these blank, theautorespondermessagetowillwork.remainThe default, is to send autoresponder emailsactive until you manually disabletheit.feature
(fromtoday until "never").-
ChooseReplyWritetypeyour Message:,either plain text (default) or HTML (permits graphical formatting of the vacation message)-
Enter your
messagetext in the Vacation Messagetextbox.box Click on theUpdatebuttonGo toUnknown macro: {link-window}-
Save: Click the Save Vacation Message button.

Visit the User Control Panel (https://cp.emailarray.com).

Log in using your full
e-mailemail address( user@domain.com )andcurrentpassword.password. -
Click
onthe Vacation Message icon (openedthe envelope with an arrow). SelectSet the Schedule:

Ensure the
DisabledStatus is set to Enabled. -
Choose a From and To date. If you leave these blank, the message will remain active until you manually disable it.

Write your Message:

Enter your text in the
StatusVacationpullMessagedownbox.menu

- Save: Click
onthe Updatebuttonbutton.

In the Webmail, go to User Icon > My account > Vacation Message.

Switch the Status to Disabled.

Click Update.
Option 2: From the User Panel

In the User Control Panel, click the Vacation Message icon.

Select Disabled from the Status menu.

Click Update.
Pro-Tip: If you are using the date range feature, your vacation message will automatically stop sending at the end of your "To" date, so you don't have to worry about turning it off the moment you get back!
